Alcohol 14% alc/vol.
Viticulture and Vinification The grapes are harvested in 23Kg plastic boxes, then fermented in stainless steel tanks at 25ºC. Malolactic fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks.
Aging The wine ages in stainless steel tanks (80%) and French oak barrels (20%).
Oenology Jean-Hugues Gros
Tasting Dark ruby color. Intense nose, with notes of wild berries, cherries, soft and well-integrated wood. Round mouth, balanced with ripe tannins and a long finish.
